You don't say if anyone else in your life knows about it. I hope so. You need some support. Do you have a good friend, sister-- can you talk to your mom? I can almost guarantee that she would want to know and would try to help you.
If you are experiencing heavy bleeding or anything out of the ordinary, you should also follow up with a doctors visit. Let them know what happened and they can help you. It would also give you peace of mind to know that you are physically okay.
