hi, ive just found out im 5 1/2 weeks pregnant and so very excited, but it still dosent feel real. My breats are sore and along my abdomen is very tight and i get a litle pain some times, i have been reading about ectopic pregnany and am worried i may have one, can anyone hely

The best person to help you with this is a doctor! You will get cramping because the uterus will be accomadating the new bub but i would still go to drs to get checked out

Come on ladies how many of us have worried when we get pregnant that it is a tubal. Tubals do happen but it is like 1 in 10,000 pregnancies. So go get checked and don't worry it will be okay.
