I had an ultrasound scan 3 days ago which showed I was 6 weeks pregnant. Everything was normal and I could see the fetal heartbeat which was very exciting as I miscarried my first pregnancy last year.

I had all the normal pregnancy symptoms. Tender and painful breasts, all day nausea, tiredeness and headache. I woke up this morning with no symptoms what so ever. My breasts are no longer tender and I do not feel sick. I feel perfectly \"normal\". What does this mean? My midwife said symptoms can fluctuate, but I am convinced it must be bad news.

Please help

the midwife would be right.Some days you can feel perfect and others you feel like total crap.Its just the joys of pregnancy
