i have had 3 other kids and im 4 months pregant now and im already having back pain is that normal

i am 21 weeks and have upper back pain, have gained 11 lbs so
far so how could it be weight?
nothing seems to help it , but a heating pad

Well I just found out that I am prego and mine hurts BADLY. But I think its a \"side effect\" of being prego. even early.
