Is cramping and increased cervical mucus an early pregnancy indicator. I have been TTC for 4months now and I am not due for my period for another 3 days but have had alot of lower abdominal cramps and discharge (normal colour and odourless) since ovulation. Is this a sign?

Yes...you could possibly be pregnant. I think you should take an early pregnancy test...The one you can take 5 days before your missed period & if it still comes up negative then just wait & see if you miss your period.
