I am very confused! Seven years ago I had a tubal ligation so I couldn't get pregnant anymore. I am living with a guy who had a vasectomy approximately 6 years ago. This past month I have missed a period, I'm 3 weeks late. Have back aches, breast tenderness, nausea w/no vomiting. I have gained 5 pounds in 2 weeks, and I'm tired all the time. My symptoms lead me to believe that I have conceived a miracle baby. However, 3 home pregnancy tests have been negative including 1 at the doctors office. My Obgyn ordered an ultrasound and I haven't got the results back yet. Any suggestions on what it might be???

Oh my gosh, while reading your comment I felt as though you wrote that for me. I'm 34 on Wed. I had a tubal ligation 10 years ago. I am feeling all of the same symptoms. But I have also had a period~ It was shorter than normal. Crazy huh? I'm not sure what to do. Please let me know what your outcome is. Thanks Kat
