my husband and i have been tyring to have a baby for quite some time now and i feel very confused right now can some one mabey help?

i had my period about three weeks ago and i havent had my next yet( i dont know if its way to early to tell or not) but ive had so many signs that i could be pregnant, tenderness in the chest, nausea, dizziness, light headed. but the problem is i reacently started to spott off and on for a few days now and i get a few cramps. i dont know what that means. i do have one kid and this never happend with her so please if anyone might have some advise.......

you might be pregnant. i spotted weeks after i found out i was pregnant and cramped, but the dr said it just happens in some pregnancies. and with every pregnancy, subsequent even, it varies a lot. it's still too early to show on a test so wait until you are a few days late for the best results. good luck with expanding the family!
