i think i might be pregnant
i havnt gotten my period this month(thats never happened before)
i for some odd reason have been really craving sour dough toasted bread
ive been god awful moody
and i just the other day i felt this kind of painful/slightly bubbly feeling in my abdomen (NOT the type of feeling you get when your hungry)

and im not scared of being pregnant period or having the child
see im still a minor and my mother told me that if i ever got pregnant she would take me to the abortion clinic whether i wanted to or not.
i myself dont like the idea of abortion and if i a pregnant i would want to keep the child.. my mother wouldnt.

i was wondering if it was legal for my mother for force me to get an abortion and if i should even bother getting a test....

I don't think that she can force you to have an abortion. If you are pregnant you need to get prenatal care so it would be best to find out for sure. If I were you I would contact your local Birthright or crisis pregnancy center. They can give you a free pregnancy test and let you know what your rights are. They can help you tell your mom and give you support so you are not forced into an abortion against your will. Good luck.

You're correct in your posting, it IS illegal for your parents or anyone else to force you to have an abortion, even if you are under the age of a legal adult. They can say things to you to pressure you into it, but they cannot force you.

There are counselors there that know the laws for your area, and they can set you up with maternity and baby items, and all kinds of stuff just depending on the center. It's a free service and they're waiting to help.

i think you should get a test. Your mother CANNOT force you to get an abortion. you may be her child, but if youre prego, then thats YOUR child. When you are prego, theres certain things that youre considered an adult on, such as doctors appts, AND choosing to keep your baby or not. Abortion can also cause you never to have kids again. IF your prego and IF you want to keep the baby, do so. and once its born, your mother wont be able to help but love it. good luck!
