I've seen a lot of girls in here worried about pregnancy cramps and I would like to tell you that in my Anatomy book it said that most of the time if your getting cramps it means your body is demanding calcuim! So try to get more calcuim in your diet and if they're still there then ask your doctor! Hope I helped you girls a little!
