It sounds to me like you are. Breat tenderness, vomitting, nausea, headaches, and mood swings are all early signs of pregnancy. Although, if you are, you should probably go get checked out as soon as possible if you are bleeding. Bleeding is never a good thing in pregnancy. It may mean that you are having a miscarriage. Sometimes it doesn't mean anything, but if you are beginning to bleed more heavily...that may be a bad sign.
I am seven and a half months pregnant, and early in the pregnancy, I was spotting, too. I was spotting after I found out I was pregnant, so it scared me, because I was afraid of losing my baby. I am twenty now, but at the time I was nineteen. ^^
Anyway, this all also depends on what your genes are like, though. My aunt didn't know she was pregnant, because she was still getting her period. It may be nothing, but at the same time it could be something. I appologize if this is confusing. I am really bad at this sort of thing.
The best thing to do is get a pregnancy test. Then you will know for sure.

I am 19 and have every early pregnancy symptom, I am even late, or I was. I am NEVER late. I went to the bathroom this afternoon and I was spotting, but a little heavier now. My breast are changing and extremly sore. I am sick, tired, I cry for no reason, craving different foods, I can smell and taste things others can't, my stomach is hard. I have so many things going on with my body right now. Could I be pregnant?
