i am regular with my menstraution but i am already delayed for three months now going to four already..i checked out all the symptoms of pregnanacy and i have only a few experienced like headache, missed period and food cravings..aside from that everythings fine for me..i am in china right now and i have a difficulty in lokking for a doctor because only 9/100 chinese cn peak english...oh what should i do???? am still on my verge of guessing if am pregnant or not!!!!!!!!

Wow. If you're normally regular and you haven't had a period in almost four months that sounds like it could be a problem. Have you taken a pregnancy test? I've never been to China, but I would guess that you would be able to buy a home pregnancy test. If not I think that you could order one online. Either result I would try to find a doctor that speaks English if possible to get checked out. Good luck!
