Have you taken a pregnancy test yet? According to what I have read, if you have an average cycle you would probably be almost 12 weeks pregnant (10 weeks post-conception) and would be due in early to mid April 2006. If you think you might be pregnant you should take a test or see your doctor. If you are pregnant you should see your doctor for pre-natal care and start taking prenatal vitamins. Good luck.

how can u calculate that? i never understood that. cuz its not like u can just say 9 months later... and its all based on when she actually would have gotten preg. not all girls ovulate on day 14 and some girls get pregnant at the beginning or very end of their cycle...

dont mean to sound rude if i do. i'm just really confused.

Rebbie,

You're right. It is very hard to pinpoint an exact due date due to a number of factors. Most babies are not born on their actual due date, but the due date gives a good estimate of when to expect delivery. Most babies are born within two weeks before or two weeks after their estimated due date. This is a pretty wide range. Most doctors count approximately 40 weeks from the first day of the last period. In most cases conception occurs roughly two weeks later. It is kind of confusing.
