Hi, I have not missed my period, But have noticed a mass slightly above my pelvic bone. It feels like a golf ball. I have had unprotected sex and I have heard that this has happened to several other women. They stated that they didn't now they were pregnant, Felt a mass in lower pelvic area and thought the worst. When they went to the DR. they was both told they were pregnant. Can I be pregnant or should I think the WORST?
