can the progesterone only pill cause hot flushes? i've been on it for about a year and i haven't had any side effects really apart from my periods being very irregular. i forget to take it aswell every now and then but i always tell my boyfriend just so he doesn't think i'm trying to trap him and stuff. i havent had my period since either end of may or beginning of june when i have never missed more than 2 periods and i can remember around that time having a bit of spotting (i thought that was just the pill) but now i'm having hot flushes and i have a bit of pain and cramping in my stomach and sides most of the day i also find it hard to get to sleep tonight. could it just be the pill symptoms kicking in for whatever reason?
