I went to the Doctor's a few weeks ago to get the morning after pill.

However, I had some spotting about a week after I took it, and was convinced I was pregnant (had other symptoms, nausea, dizziness, some vomiting, and sore nipples ), although I took two tests which were both negative. I know I took them far too early but couldn't help myself!

My period was due yesterday, which is when I started spotting again...I know it's definately not a proper period because I have no pain which I usually do, and it's more brown than red, and really light. (sorry if TMI!)

I am going to take a test tomorrow morning.. but just wondered, if it's negative, should I go and see my Doctor anyway? Can they give me a blood test to find out? or is it possible I'm just paranoid and worrying too much and my period is just late??

And if it IS positive, when do I need to go and see my Doctor??

Sorry for long post, just would really appreciate some help on this!

It does sound like you might be pregnant.
Did you take a home pregnancy test?
I don't really know if there is a 'right' time to go see your doctor after you find out you're pregnant. Probably should go soon after you find out.
If the test was negative you should go and get a blood test to make sure.
Of course, like you said, all of your symptoms could just be caused by stressing out about maybe being pregnant.
What I just wrote is kinda disjointed, sorry!
