I always heard about the pregnancy glow but to be honest I don't have a clue what anyone is talking about. I didn't hear it until I started telling people I was pregnant.

I'm pretty sure the \"pregnant glow\" is a second trimester thing. Its got to do with the hormones, and extra blood flow during pregnancy, that stimulates the glands, making your skin fuller and \"glowing\".

Yes the \"glowing\" usually happens in the 2nd trimester. Although i didnt have any morening sickness. I was always tired and sluggish now that I am 22 weeks people have been commenting on my glowness and I can actually tell the difference myself!!
