Okai well i'm 27 weeks pregnant and i get the worst upper back ach right inbetween the shoulders and across them and sumtimes it even goes down my lower back...and it hurts my chest sometimes...and almost everynight i get leg cramps and they hurt so bad i cry...I need your help ladies if anyone knows anyway to make this less uncomfertable or to prevent it please help!!! I'M IN DESPERATE NEED!!!!
