I was scared to death. The sooner you tell them, the better, but I suggest you find out for sure if you are before you tell. Trust me, I was scared too, but eventually they cooled down, they still don't really believe me, but you DO need to tell them, you need her there supporting and helping you, she loves you, she WILL be mad at first, but she'll come around and help you. I promise.
