it sounds to me like you are pregnant hun, just because a pregnancy test says that u are not doesnt me that u arent because the same thing happened to me i took one and it said that i wasnt but i knew that i was and if you are saying that u know have back pain that is also another sign of pregnancy along with all the other symptoms that u ghave described the best thing to do is to wait a few days and then test again i would domit first thing in morn9iing as well coz that when you will get a accurate answer. good luck anyway hun x
