I am so angry with myself today!!!!!! My uncle and his wife had a healthy baby boy on friday night, I have not congratulated them yet and I've turned my phone off so they can't get hold of me...
I feel like such a terrible person! I'm so selfish and screwed up that I can't even put my own issues aside to be happy for them even for just a little bit.
I know alcohol isn't a solution but it's all that makes me feel better these days:unsure: what's wrong with me?

You know what? You're not a terrible person! What you are feeling is completely normal, especially if you have gone though an abortion or miscarriage.
You need to deal with whatever guilt or hurt you have inside of you, because nothing else is going to make it go away and you will just feel worse about yourself when the alcohol wears off.
I don't know if you are a Christian or not, but Jesus can free you from your hurt or guilt, and He is the only one and the only thing that can.
