I am 25 years old and happily married. My husband and I have been trying to have children for about two years now with no luck after trying numerous fertility methods. This past Aug 26th, I was rapped and then found out I was pregnant. My husband and I decided to have an abortion since there was no way to tell if the baby was my husbands or the man who rapped me. So we did it Oct. 13. I know that ti is fairly easy to get pregnant after an abortion because of what Dr's have said, but how soon is too soon for my husband and I to try, once the bleeding stops? I know this may be hard to answer but I just had to ask. If you can help me at all I will be greatful.

Wow! First, I am sorry that you got rapped. Second, I hope you find peace in that situation. Third, I would wait a few months before trying to get pregnant with your husband. Just my opinion...

I'm totally against abortions & I cant say I know how you feel. Everything happens for a reason. I'm sure since you've gotten raped you have become a stronger person. So I mean...Dr.'s arent always right. You can never really tell. Maybe you and your husband should stop trying so hard and just wait & pray for your baby. I hope everything works out for you
