I just wanted to let all you girls out there that are scared about being pregnant and being a mom that it's really okay. when everyone says it'll be worth it, they're telling the truth. i got pregnant when i was 16. my boyfriend and i actually planned the pregnancy. then, he left me in september 2005 when i was only 17 because he couldn't handle it. he told his friends so many lies about me. he called me ugly, fat, etc. and when you're pregnant, that kind of stuff HURTS. my daughter was born on december 7, 2005. she is the love of my life.

having a child is NOT the end of your life. it's the beginning of something so beautiful. i've never regretted keeping her. her father won't do anything for her. i filed for child support back in january and have since only recieved about three payments. i'm getting my own place in june, getting my diploma, and going through college.

and all the while i'm going to have my little girl supporting me and motivating me to do better.

it's a wonderful thing.
