Why do you want to charge him with rape? Did he actually rape you, or do you want to charge him with stagetory rape?

He may be the father of the baby, but he needs to take responsibility of what he's done and pay. He raped and he should be charged. No kid should grown up with a father of that sort.

let me just tell you. i wish i had even found this site when this happened to me. i was 8 weeks as well and had an abortion. there was \"no other\" way out for me. i was 18 and my boyfriend of 2 months raped me with a gun as part of his gang initiation. found out i was pregnant... couldn't prosecute b/c i was so terribly afraid of his gang. didn't want the baby to go through living that life. i'm trying, i really am. but i think you should prosecute if you feel that he raped you. remember: YOU DIDN'T DESERVE THAT. YOU DIDN'T ASK FOR THAT. it was his fault. his sick mind. get people to support you... pastor, this support group... even try to tell your parents (if they already don't know)! don't go through what i did. oh, and try some therapy.

You need to telll the police. I was raped a couple years ago and i kept my mouth shut. I was too scared to tell anyone. And know that i think about that was so stupid. i let them walk. they(it was 2 guys) are out and could do it again. don't make the same mistake i did. do something!!!!!
