Soo about 3weeks ago I realized I could be pregnant. Took a test, really faint positive. I could almost be about 4months. I do a lot of dance so I didn't really think anything about my periods being late or missed. I go Wednesday to find out for sure but today I felt really lightheaded and nauseous. I started to get some pains not often but they do hurt. And some blood when I wipe. I've had a miscarriage before and I'm really scared. I don't know what to do exactly. Could I be losing the baby?

Please call your midwife or doctor asap. It could be a m/c or ectopic pregnancy or any number of things. Your and baby's health comes first.
